Department of Philosophy and Media Communications, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Russian Federation

Founded in 1995, the department of philosophy became one of only two degree-conferring philosophy departments in the city of Kazan in 2012. The department began to confer degrees after its merger with the department of theoretical communication in 2000.
