ASTERIS GIRBAS

Lawyer, PhD candidate at the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens with postgraduate studies in philosophy and computer science. My research interests focus on technoethics, with a particular emphasis on the intense relationship between the human body and information and communication technologies. Other topics of my interest include hermeneutics, surveillance studies, and theology of law. Decisions in which I have been an advocate have been published in legal journals and collections of case law, while the main interpretative axis of my professional and research activity is love of neighbor.
