Georgios D. Salamouras studied Theology at the Department of Social Theology and the Study of Religion, School of Theology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the School of Philosophy of the University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Bioethics from the Medical School of the Democritus University of Thrace. He also holds a PhD from the Department of Public Administration at Panteion University.His research interests lie within the fields of Moral Philosophy, Christian Ethics and Law in general; specifically, they address issues related to Applied Philosophy, Human Rights, and—in particular—Bioethics. He has presented papers at international and domestic conferences and symposia, and his articles have been published in academic journals. He is a member of the Laboratory of Applied Philosophy and the European Laboratory of Bioethics, Technoethics, and Law.
