Vicky Bafataki, Archaeologist – Communication Scientist MSc, PD in Bioethics, School of Medicine, Democritus University of ThraceVicky Bafataki holds a degree in History and Archaeology with distinction (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), a degree in Communication and Media Studies (Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences), and a degree in Italian Language and Literature (University of Perugia). She holds Master's degrees in Cultural Management (Hellenic Open University, with distinction) and in Bioethics (Democritus University of Thrace). She is a PhD candidate in Bioethics at the School of Medicine of the Democritus University of Thrace and an Academic Researcher at the Laboratory of Applied Philosophy, Department of Philosophy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, working on bioethics and on cultural and communicational archetypes.In 2005 she was awarded the World Prize for Cultural Communication by the International Giuseppe Sciacca Awards at the Vatican, and she has received numerous distinctions internationally. She currently serves as Secretary General of the International Vexillum Giuseppe Sciacca Awards, Vice President of ISGESI (Institute for Legal, Economic and Social Studies and Research, Rome), Vice President of the Panteion University Graduates' Association "Aristotle", and as a volunteer in various initiatives and research projects.
