I was born in Athens in 2004.I graduated from the Demostheneio General High School of Paiania. I am an undergraduate student in the Department of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and I am currently in my fourth year of studies. From the beginning, my studies in Philosophy taught me to observe the world from a different perspective; however, the field of Applied Philosophy contributed particularly to this. A catalytic factor for my interest in Applied Philosophy was my participation in various courses and seminars, such as Ethics and Technology, Bioethics, Applied Ethics, Philosophy of Action, Texts of Ethical Philosophy and Philosophy of Technology. All these courses and seminars have taught me that philosophy is not just theory, but can have a practical use in this day and age..My scientific interests revolve mainly around themes such as euthanasia, eugenics, the issue of abortion, medical ethics and the use of artificial intelligence. I have participated in various conferences and seminars related to these subjects and I want to continue my research on the issues of Applied Philosophy.
