The 2nd International Conference Eco-Eu Zēn: Environment and Family was organized by the NKUA Applied Philosophy Research Laboratory and the Interinstitutional Master's Programme (MA) Animals Ethics, Welfare, and Law, in collaboration with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, and the Hellenic Society of Reproductive Medicine, in Constantinople and Halki Island from 15 to 16 December 2022, bringing together Greek and international scholars. The conference was organized with the support of the Patriarchal Great School of the Nation, the Halki Theological School, and the Greek Unit of the International Chair in Bioethics (WMA Cooperating Center). The conference was held under the auspices of the Cyprus University of Technology, the Cyprus Unit of the International Chair in Bioethics, the Fondazione Giuseppe Sciacca, and the Istituto di Studi Giuridici Economici e Sociali Internazionali.
